Below the Heavens is a certified underground classic, as Blu cemented his status as a prolific lyricist over soulful, jazzy, and sample-heavy beats by fellow L.A. representer Exile. The album also features A-list guest spots, with Ta'Raaach, Aloe Blacc, and Miguel contributing yop notch verses and hooks. Double LP pressing with bonus 7" featuring instrumentals " Dancing In The Rain" and "I Am Blu". Recommended.
