Jeremy Spellacey, one of CRS co-founders, delivers this delightful, "sun-baked" compilation, and for those interested in exotic, rare, and funky sounds of Africa, the Caribbean, and beyond, Crown Ruler Sound is a must. Spellacey is a true digger known for "championing ridiculously good records from around the globe," and he's offering a 15-track taste of his immaculate, kaleidoscopic collection here, from synth-laden Zambian reggae and orchestral Afro-soul to Trinidadian boogie and horizontal Italian jazz-funk. Needless to say, it'll be nearly impossible (and wild expensive) to own a lot of the records on this comp, so act quick and cop this!
