Victor Piagneri aka Undercover Brother put out numerous, staple party party breaks records in the early-mid nineties (even released several singles on Big Beat much like his frequent collaboration partner Kenny Dope). This reissue on Mobile Mondays collects two of his most in-demand concoctions: the Symphony-ragga blend of "Two For The Time" and and the Supercat-enhanced "Test Da Rocket Launcha" (released under yet another alias: Chocolate Bam Boo). Recommended.
