Turntable Lab offers a 30-day return policy for most items in new, unopened condition to ensure you are completely satisfied with your audio gear. If your equipment is defective or doesn't meet your expectations, we provide a streamlined process for domestic returns and exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original manufacturer's packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our system to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
